Facilities Offered

  • Virtual Class Rooms and e-Learning: The virtual classroom facility is provided for expert lectures, interaction with renowned faculty and consultants through Internet. * Watchwitz *CDEEP of IIT Pawai, Mumbai.
  • IEDC Cell: National Science & Technology Entrepreneurship Board (NSTEDB), DST, Govt. of India has sanctioned Rs. 45.3 lakhs for establishment of Innovation & Entrepreneurship Development Centre (IEDC) in College from the academic year 2012-13. It is five years project. Dr. I.D.Patil, Professor & Head, Department of Biotechnology is the coordinator of IEDC.

    The objective of the IEDC is to inculcate the innovation driven entrepreneurships in students. To fulfill this objective, IEDC sponsors student’s five innovative projects every year with financial assistance of Rs. 1 lakh each including fellowship of Rs.30,000/- for students, organizes Entrepreneurship Awareness Camps, University Level Project Exhibition etc.

Central workshop houses modern machines in its various shops like carpentry, smithy, moulding, forging fitting and machine shop. Machine shop has CNC trainer and CNC miller.


Computer Lab & Softwares

COET has vast IT infrastructure with Software and Hardware Labs. Every department has its own Computer Lab with specialized software of relevant is to the department. The softwares available in the college are Rational Rose, I-Deas 11 Nx Series, Ansys Software 10 Version, Auto CAD 2015, SOUL (Developed by INFLIBNET Ahmadabad), MATLAB 7.5, SUSE Linux Enterprises Server 9, Aspen Hysys Software, Auto Desk Inventor Professional Suite 2010 etc.


Class rooms are spacious, well- ventilated with natural light and adequate electrical facilities. Ergonomically designed furniture , teaching aids like LCD, OHP etc. are used in teaching - learning process. The spirit of classroom training encompasses the fundamentals of theoretical and conceptual learning through interactive sessions of case studies, assignments, quizzes and presentation by students.

Finishing Classes

At COET we expect high level of politeness, decorum and personal presentation at all times. Our students are engaged with experts to learn the art of etiquette. The emphasis is on total personality development, social etiquette, confidence building, body language and accent training. External Agencies are hired to inculcate all these skill among students of our college.

Industry Institute Interaction

It is aim to develop the engineering students ready for industry needs by providing Industrial Training. Industrial visits are a must to relate the theory into practice, industrial visits are organized on regular basis. Industry persons having industrial experience are invited for expert lectures in various fields.



The campus has canteen facilities to cater for the taste buds of various regions beside regular mess facility.

Bank, ATM

Bank of Maharashtra and ATM are available in college premises. Facilities exists for shopping center and restaurant.

Spiritual Environment

A Temple of Lord Ganesha, Godess Saraswati and Godess Laxmi is situated in campus to up keep religious culture. Ganesh festival and saraswati pooja are popular function celebrated by students.


Cultural & Co-curricular Activities

We like our students to the modern and be proud of our cultural heritage and inculcate in them a strong value system based on mutual respect of other cultures and traditions, thus we celebrate traditional day, various festivals and annual gathering “ Vasant Utsav” every year. Beside this students organizes various programmes like fresher’s welcome, fare well to outgoing graduating batch etc .regularly which add colors in the campus. Workshop, Conferences, Project Exhibition for students, Students level paper presentation, STTP, Expert Lectures etc. are regularly organized.


COET has a full fledged training and placement cell which handles the training need of both students and staff . Placements of students are organized mostly through incampus interviews and 100% placement assistance is provided for off - Campus Interview. More than 234 students are placed in current academic year 2012-13 till date, further placement process is in progress.


Testing Consultancy & Research

Well equipped laboratories for testing different materials as per Indian Standards codes have been developed. A number of both public and private organizations avail of these facilities to get their material tested at college laboratories. All departments maintain a close liaison with local industries, exchange views on technical development and offer consultancy. Faculty of all departments are engaged in research activity and keeping pace with the latest development in Engineering and Technology.

Medical Facility

Two doctors are at hand in the evening to treat minor ailments of all inmates. Special vehicle is available for medical treatment for going to city, Jalgaon. The college provides all type of medical facilities.

Seminar Hall

Separate Seminar hall in each department of 150 capacities. Two AC auditorium of 165 seats are also available.

Open Air Theater

A theater having seating arrangement of 1500 people & well equipped stage of 2400 sq. ft.


On going Research Projects & Shram Sadhana Research Promotion Scheme (SSRPS)

The faculty members of the SSBT's COET are research oriented. They have received financial grants for supporting their advanced research activities from various agencies of Central and State Governments like UGC (Major research project and Minor research project), AICTE, Rajiv Gandhi Science and Technology Commission, Vice Chancellor Research Motivation Scheme, Innovations and Entrepreneurship Cell (Department of Science and Technology, GoI), etc. The IEDC (DST) has provided 45 lakh Rs for the innovative research projects of students. In all the college has received over 70 lakh Rs from various agencies to support research work in last three years. Apart from this the Shram Sadhana Trust has also started its indigenous scheme, named Shram sadhana Research Promotion Scheme to provide seed money to the innovative research ideas of the faculty members. Under this scheme, the trust has provided over 12 lakh Rs till now to various projects. The college has also received funds for organizing international conferences and seminars. Some brilliant ideas of the students have also been financially supported by the industries. Thus the college is dedicated for the societal service through research and technological input.

Transport Facilities

The College has their own six buses for students’ transportation. These buses cover all the important stops of Jalgaon city.
